LEGAL BASES FOR THE FATHER’S DAY DRAW 2025

The commercial entity called TOSA, SARL (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), with registered office for these purposes at Carretera Alicante, 94, 03690 (San Vicente del Raspeig) and with CIF number LU31563238, registered in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register, has decided to carry out a promotional activity (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), consisting of holding a draw among users who meet the conditions explained below. All of this in accordance with the provisions of these legal bases (hereinafter, the “Bases”).

1.- SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The geographical scope of the Promotion extends to the entire national territory (with the exception of Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary Islands), and all those people, nationals or residents, who during the time period of the Promotion follow the established promotional mechanics and meet the requirements established in these Rules may participate.

Likewise, this Promotion will begin on March 11, 2025 and will end on March 17, 2025 (hereinafter, the “Time Period”).

2.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Only natural persons of legal age who voluntarily follow the Instagram profile of the shopping center @theoutletstores and who comment mentioning two users in the publication of the same (hereinafter, the “Participants”) may participate in the Promotions. The 2 conditions are absolutely necessary for the user to be part of the draw.

Each user may participate only once in the draw, so duplicate comments will not count as participation in the draw.

Without prejudice to the above, the following may not be Participants and, therefore, not be awarded prizes:

The employees of TOSA, SARL and the employees of the stores located in The Outlet Stores Alicante Shopping Centre, even when they act with false, secret or third-party profiles;
The employees of associated companies, advertising agencies or promotion agencies or other companies that are involved in any way in the Promotion.
The direct relatives (parents, siblings and children) of the persons included in point 1;
The spouses of all persons included in points 1 and 2;
Those persons who, at the sole discretion of the Organizer, are voluntarily or involuntarily harming the development of the Promotion; and
Participants who carry out acts or make comments in any medium that are unpleasant and are directed at the Promotion, other Participants, the Organizer, the Center, its employees or any of its collaborators.
All Participants who access the Promotion with false, incorrect or incomplete profiles.
Participants who have been eliminated from this or any other Promotion carried out by TOSA, SARL, its subsidiaries, or any of its collaborating entities, whether national or foreign.

3.- COMMUNICATION
The Promotion may be communicated through the following means:

Insertions in the media in which the Company advertises.
Through the Facebook page/wall called “The Outlet Stores Alicante”.
Through the Instagram profile called @theoutletstores.
Through the personnel authorized by the Organizer for its communication.

Through any other means of dissemination that the Organizer considers of interest for the communication of the Promotion.

4.- PROMOTIONAL MECHANICS
All those who wish to participate in the Promotion must carry out the following steps:

Be a follower of the shopping centre’s social profile on Instagram called @theoutletstores.
Comment on the raffle post mentioning two users.
Once these two actions have been carried out, the Participant will be included in the raffle.
The following will be raffled off:
A pair of trainers from our Mustang store (model and colour to be chosen).
Once the raffle has been resolved, on 18 March the lucky person will be notified via Instagram by publishing the name of their social profile on the shopping centre’s profile.
The lucky person will have to send a private message to @theoutletstores to provide their personal details which they will then present to collect the prize at the facilities of The Outlet Stores Alicante. The lucky person has 7 calendar days from the publication of the winner to claim their prize via private message. The winner will have 15 calendar days to collect the prize at the management offices of The Outlet Stores Alicante.

5.- GENERAL ASPECTS OF THE PROMOTION

1) It is strictly forbidden for any of the Participants to access the Promotion with more than one username. In this sense, any Participant who fails to comply with this essential rule of the Promotion will be automatically disqualified from these and future promotions, being deprived, if applicable, of the Prize that had been awarded to him/her, being obliged to return it to the
